:3 Thanks. :heart: ^^ Well, let's see. xD This was completely traditionally done except for the spatters. xP I used a 5.0 lead in a mechanical pencil, an eraser, and a random piece of computer paper. xP The blotch/spatter thingies were made in photoshop with a brush. o_o; Can't remember where I got them. x_x Try google? :3
